Shake and leave for a couple of hours
Shake again and rinse out the thermos
Clean the dishwasher:
Empty the dishwasher. Sprinkle a tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda in the bottom of the dishwasher. Add 1 dl of vinegar. Run a dishwashing program.
Extra tip: For a nice scent, you can put a couple of lemon halves on the skewers that the plates lean against or run the machine with a couple of tablespoons of citric acid. Citric acid has the same descaling effect as vinegar.
Instead of dishwasher detergent:
Mix two parts bicarbonate of soda with one part salt in a jar and mix.
Pour 3 drops of regular dishwashing detergent into the compartment where you usually put dishwasher detergent
Pour in two tablespoons of your bicarbonate and salt mixture into the tray.
Start the machine
By using bicarbonate of soda in these ways, you can keep your kitchen clean, fresh and free of harmful chemicals.
